Thank you for shopping at Hairstory.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase for a refund or exchanged for a different product. Please note that we are not able to offer a refund on an original purchase, if it has already been exchanged or replaced. 

Emailing us via our Help Center or directly at hello@hairstory.com will result in the quickest response. 

Alternatively, you can call us at (646) 760 5142 but please note we are a small team and telephone calls will be returned within 24 business hours.

Shipping charges
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
